Content Guidelines

Overview

OQANDA is a platform for respectful, engaging conversations between fans and artists. These guidelines apply to all content submitted on the platform, including questions during live events, user profiles, and any other user-generated content.

What We Expect

  • Respectful communication: Treat VIPs and fellow fans with courtesy. Questions should be thoughtful and relevant to the event topic.
  • Originality: Submit your own questions. Do not copy questions from other users or sources.
  • Relevance: Questions should relate to the VIP, their work, or the event theme.

What Is Not Allowed

The following content is prohibited on OQANDA:

  • Harassment and threats: Any content that threatens, intimidates, or harasses individuals.
  • Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Explicit content: Sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content.
  • Spam and commercial solicitation: Advertising, promotional material, or repetitive content.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, VIP, or organisation.
  • Personal information: Sharing private information about others (doxxing), including addresses, phone numbers, or financial data.
  • Illegal content: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Copyright infringement: Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. See our Copyright Policy for details.

Moderation

All questions submitted during live events are reviewed by a moderator before being presented to the VIP. Content that violates these guidelines will be rejected.

VIPs also have the ability to stash or decline questions they do not wish to answer.

OQANDA administrators may remove published content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content on OQANDA that violates these guidelines, please report it to: support@oqanda.com. Include a description of the content and, if possible, a link or screenshot.

Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • Removal of the offending content
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • In severe cases, reporting to relevant authorities

Changes

We may update these guidelines from time to time. The current version is always available at oqanda.com/legal/content-policy.
