Shipping Availability
We currently ship physical merchandise within the European Union.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. The exact shipping cost is displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or force majeure.
Order Tracking
Where available, we will send you tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. OQANDA is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
International Shipping (Outside the EU)
At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside the European Union. We plan to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@oqanda.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter.
