Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For full details, see our Right of Withdrawal page.
Returns
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: support@oqanda.com
Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging where possible. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
Limited-Edition Merchandise
Many products sold through OQANDA are limited-edition items. The same or similar product may not be available for exchange. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs from the original order are not refunded unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at support@oqanda.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Digital Products and Event Access
Digital products and event access are non-refundable once the event has started or the digital content has been accessed, except where required by law.
